The Physician's Plaza Surgery Center is located on the St. Vincent hospital campus. This state of the art medical building opened in 2007. The anesthesiologists are the same that provide services at St. Vincent Hospital. Overnight stays are not available, but arrangements can be made for private nursing care.
Most cosmetic procedures are performed in the office in a fully-accredited (AAAASF) operating room that is quiet, private and comfortable. Surgery is occasionally performed at one of the hospitals in Albuquerque: the best ones include the newly renovated Lovelace Westside Hospital, which is a state-of-the-art facility that duplicates the comfort and friendliness of a private office within the safety of a hospital. Women's Hospital is an excellent choice for combined plastic surgery and gynecologic procedures. Dr. Ronel has negotiated a cosmetic fee package with each facility.
