Thank you so much for doing a fabulous job with my breast augmentation, after breast feeding my kids, my self-esteem and self body image were very low. Hi Dr. Ronel: I don't know if you remember me, but I'm hoping that you do. You had told me when I decided not to continue with the breast reconstruction after having so much trouble healing, etc., that there were some procedures you could do in your office to help me look better. I know that on the left side, I have a lot of extra skin that is not on the right side. Maybe you could give me an idea of what the cost would be for you to take off the extra skin that was left from the last surgery you did on me.

By the way, I did want to thank you for all the wonderful care and attention you showed me during the year and a half that we tried for the reconstruction. You are an amazing surgeon, who really cares for his patients and that is a rare thing in this day and time.

I thank you every day as this summer for the first time ever in my life I am able to wear halters, racer backs and bandeau tops!! It's amazing. A big adjustment in so many positive ways. Not having all that pendulous weight is simply fantastic!!!

After years of fielding questions about my big nose and refusing to be photographed from the side, imagine my delight (and shock) when a woman who was a complete stranger walked up to me in a bar the other day and told me I had "the most beautiful nose she'd ever seen". Before my surgery that's not something I ever thought I would hear in my life. I simply leaned over and whispered in her ear, "I bought it!"

It's only been six months but I really couldn't be happier, I feel like you've given me the face I should have been born with in the first place. And I know I've said it repeatedly, but one more time won't hurt: THANK YOU! :)

Many years ago my lip imprint was so perfect that it was used by an ad agency for some cards and other promotional collateral. After my horse accident and with some maturity it became apparent that the imprint has not been so impressive. I would like to report that I just now patted off my lipstick to find a perfect imprint! And it looks pretty good, too. Thank you for a natural but much improved appearance.

Isn't it typical of me to always think of things to say AFTER my appointment? Geez. Sorry. I wish you could have seen me after I got halfway dressed; I must have guessed right--the bra I bought this weekend fit perfectly. It looks really, really beautiful. I wanted to say, "look what you made!" I also looked a little more closely at the actual work you did; the stitches are meticulous! I am so impressed with your skill; how long did it take you to do all those little tiny stitches? I know it would take me at least an hour to make that many stitches that small in my embroidery! You said they looked horrible; they may be a little purple and bruised, and there was some crusty dried blood around them, but I think they look beautiful. I must admit, I was quite excited to see them this morning, and I was definitely not disappointed. Well done! . . . It could have easily been a very unpleasant experience, but it ended up being the best healthcare encounter I've ever had. Thank you again Dr. Ronel. see you in 2 weeks.

This is my first day back to work (it's been 19 days since you performed my surgery) and I want to tell you that my first day has been a total success!! I look great! I cannot believe how well I'm recovering. I still have swelling and some bruising; my scars are healing nicely. The left eye is still a little 'pleated'. I must have had more to pull up on that side of my face. With good makeup application, and glasses; Not one coworker has said a thing! I am so happy that you performed my surgery. I also want to comment on your staff which is extremely professional and understanding. See you in a few weeks. You do very excellent work!!!
